As the immigrant population in Tennessee grows, it is important that we make sure those who have limited English skills can access the legal system in a meaningful way. The use of interpreters is critical to achieving that goal, but working with interpreters can be difficult if one is not familiar with how they operate. In this session, you will learn how to effectively work with interpreters in legal settings.
