My presentation would cover commonly encountered ethical issues for Legal Aid lawyers and support staff, including working with challenging clients, ethical challenges associated with the representation of domestic violence victims, maintaining confidentiality and client communication with clients with limited literacy, and confidentiality and conflict of interest issues with regard to working with grantors.
